so far, Impressed

Frustrating year trying to keep goats wormed and healrhy. Overheard another man praising this one after we had wormed 2x with three different wormers. Final blow.was.hauling a doe to the vet whose trainee.gVe goat both ivermectin, which we had already tried and something orally atarting with an "L". In less than 36 hours nanny was screaming in pain and died. I had all but given up. Well, we only started with this three days ago. Jury still out on the nannies but one of our two bucks.was hacking/coughing terribly. His body condition looked.prety good otherwise, unlike some of our nannies. After researching, I concluded it could be lungworma and tried to run down a.wormer especially for lungworms and no longer available. I surmised the Aspen was not for lungworms.from what I read. But I had no alternative left ao gave it.to him yesterday, a poor desperation move. Today I do not hear the cough and hack. So maybe it was not lungworma but some other parasite or perhaps it has bought us some time to receive another wormer for that condition, just to be safe. In either case I am grateful. I don't believe the buck would have made it long enough otherwise
